Orlando City SC and the Philadelphia Union tied the game in a 1-1 draw on Monday night in their final group stage clash of the “MLS is Back” tournament in Orlando.
The two teams therefore remained undefeated during this stage. They are sure to take the first two ranks of Group A and thus move on to the next stage.
Orlando holds the first rung, while Philadelphia occupies the second.
It was the Union that opened the brand first in this meeting. In the 68th minute, Ilsinho moved to the right and unleashed a strike from the left that made its way to the back of the net.
Two minutes later, Mauricio Pereyra leveled the score. The midfielder redirected a cross from Nani behind goalkeeper Andre Blake.
The latter was particularly busy, he who faced seven shots. His vis-à-vis, Pedro Gallese, rejected three attempts by his opponents.
