Orange Raises Prices for Mobile, Television and Internet Customers | Internet

Telecommunications operator Orange will increase prices from 15 January for customers with mobile telephony, television and the Internet. In return, mobile data volumes have at least doubled. For customers with a bundle (Internet and/or TV) or several mobile subscriptions, the mobile price remains the same.

The price of the cheapest mobile subscription, Go Light, rises by 1 euro to 12 euros, data doubles to 4 gigabytes. Go Plus will cost 2 euros more, almost doubling to 20 GB. Go Intense increases by 3 euros and goes from 22 to 70 GB. The most expensive mobile subscription, Go Extreme, will increase by 4 euros to 47 euros, data will go from 70 to 300 GB.

The price of TV (+2 euros), TV Lite +(1.5 euros), Internet (Love) (+4 euros), Home Internet (+4 euros) and the two Home Flybox formulas (+3 euros) also increased each time a few euros.

Greater discount

Mobile customers who add landline internet and/or television or subscribe to extra mobile subscriptions through Go Intense and Go Extreme will receive a higher mobile discount. By increasing the corresponding discount, “the mobile price remains unchanged”. In other words, the price increase of a package is limited to the price increase of Internet and TV. The price also remains unchanged for customers of the affiliate brand hey!, which is aimed at young people.

Orange Belgium underlines the extra data. The economic environment, (network) investment and high inflation are cited as reasons for the price increase. Energy prices, technological equipment prices, wholesale prices and labor costs are rising rapidly.
