Collesalvetti: fines also to customers surprised to train. This is the second dispute in two months for Stagno’s business: the amount doubled

COLLESALVETTI. The gym was open and the members, despite the anti-coronavirus decree and the pandemic in progress, were training quietly. For this reason the administrative police of the police headquarters, led by the manager Domenico Sannino, fined the New Eos gym in via Karl Marx, in Stagno for 400 euros, also sanctioning customers surprised inside.
The check took place on Tuesday 26 January. “Inside the structure – writes the state police – several people were found intent on training, but none of these turned out to be a competitive athlete, with relative membership”.
The reiteration of the non-compliance with the provisions of the decree, which provides for the doubling of the amounts due, therefore 800 euros, was also contested against the owner of the gym. A first fine, in fact, was imposed on New Eos last November 28th.
In Livorno this is the second case in a few weeks after that of GimFive, the gym in via Magnozzi (in San Marco) which he had provocatively decided to open all over Italy. In Livorno it then had to close due to repeated checks and fines also to customers, who discouraged them from returning.–
