Bishop Franz Jung celebrates an open-air mass on the Residenzplatz in Würzburg at 10 a.m. on Corpus Christi Day, June 11th. At the end of the Mass, the Bishop gives the Eucharistic Blessing and starts the Te Deum. The city of Würzburg and the health department have granted a special permit for it, as stated in the press release of the diocese of Würzburg.

The traditional Corpus Christi procession has to be canceled this year due to the corona pandemic, it concludes.
