At around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, a shooting erupted on Madison Street in New York. Three men get shot, a year old baby too. The latter did not survive his injuries, he died the next day in hospital.
The perpetrators of the crime remain unknown at this time. They arrived at the scene by car, pulled out weapon in hand before firing on their victims. The baby was immediately taken to Maimonides Medical Center according to the New York Post.
While the medics thought they would be able to save him when he arrived, the very young boy is died around 2:30 am. The other men affected by the gunfire, aged 27 and 35, are doing better. They are also hospitalized but their vital prognosis is not engaged. They were respectively affected ankle, groin and leg.
This shooting is not an isolated case in New York. Sunday evening always, two teenagers aged 12 and 15 were shot in two different shootings, in Brooklyn and Harlem.
