“The problem is that everything is shed with water. The electrical wiring must first dry out. Electricians said they needed two more days to do so. We expect them to turn on the electricity on Wednesday, “said Bruzl. The resumption of gas supplies also depends on the electricity connection. “So until there is no electricity, there will be no gas,” he said, adding that water should start flowing in at least half of the house.

It began to burn on Saturday afternoon on the eleventh floor of the panel house. A birthday party was held in the affected apartment. According to the available information, the motive for the arson attack was family disputes. The police detained one person in this connection. Experts found traces of flammability near the apartment. That’s why the fire most likely spread so quickly. Eleven people died, including three children. Six victims were burned in the apartment, five died after jumping out of the window.
