The owner of the Examining court number 2 has issued a prison order for homicide for one of those arrested after the death of a young man this New Year’s Eve in Oleiros, in the Bastigueiro area.
The other man has been released with fortnightly appearances. The person who enters prison is 27 years old and was the one who allegedly attacked the victim with an ashtray during the fight.
Sources from the armed institute point out, however, that it will be the autopsy that determines if the blow caused death or there were other causes that determined the death. The results of the autopsy will not be known for a few days.
