Oleiros calls for the reopening of public records | Radio Coruña

He City council of Oleiros has moved to the Ministry of Health the need for the public registers of the different administrations to be opened to the public. He asks that the previous appointment be abolished as the only system and that the attention personnel rejoin their positions and telework be abolished because otherwise the dialogue with the city is not very complicated.

He explains that the current situation makes it difficult for citizens to consult, submit instances, appeals or requests, and other administrative documents. He adds that the citizen service area of ​​his check-in, which is open, is saturated because people are referred because they cannot solve their problems in other administrations. It ensures that there are countless cases in which deadlines are prescribed in all administrations without solution.
