PSSI has set six stadiums to hold the 2021 U-20 World Cup match. The national football federation has even written to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), so that they can make improvements at the venue.
There was a change in the list of stadiums circulating some time ago. Mandala Krida Stadium, Yogyakarta and Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, were not included in the PSSI letter sent to KemenPUPR.
The two stadiums were replaced by Jakabaring Stadium, Palembang, and Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung. Previously, the two places were only used as backup options.
