On Wednesday afternoon, the police were notified of a suspicious object at the security check at Stavanger Airport Sola. It is a possible «IED».
– The emergency services are on site, the entire airport has been evacuated with the exception of the passengers on board the planes, the police wrote.
IED stands for «improvised explosive device». The police were in contact with the owner of the object, which turned out to be harmless.
