Energie – Allendorf (Eder) – Viessmann joins air conditioning in Australia – Economy

Allendorf / Eder (dpa) – The heating and air conditioning specialist Viessmann is expanding to Australia. According to its own information, the North Hessian family company has acquired a 34.3 percent stake in the “Value Added Engineering Group” (VAE) in Brisbane.

UAE has grown rapidly in just ten years since it was founded, to an annual turnover of almost 100 million euros. With around 330 employees, the company plans and installs heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, especially in large buildings. Viessmann announced on Thursday that they want to jointly become the market leader in Australasia.
