NY Subway Violence: Group Attacks 15-year-old with Autism in Shocking Video

NEW YORK.- A 14-year-old boy was arrested for attacking another 15-year-old boy with autism outside the New York subway, in an assault that was captured on video, which shows two other people beating the boy, according to police.

The suspect was charged as a minor for aggravated harassment, assault, harassment and threats in connection with the disturbing attack last Friday at rush hour in Washington Heights, images of which began circulating online Monday, police said.

Two suspects are still on the loose, including a young woman who can be seen on video pulling the victim off a northbound A train at the 181st Street-Fort Washington Avenue station and yelling: “Your charm!”

The video, which was originally posted on Instagram, shows the woman grabbing the teen’s shirt, dragging him across the crowded rush hour platform and repeatedly yelling, “Walk! Walk!”.

The victim is a teenager with autism.

The video shows the teenager, who has autismtrying to get back on the train, but the woman drags him back before anyone else I hit him in the facethe first of many punches the group throws at him.

In the attack, the teen suffered a cut lip, body pain and his glasses were broken during the assault, police said.

He did not know his attackersaccording to the New York police, which said the Hate Crimes Task Force was notified because of the anti-black slur that was used, reported the NY Post.

The boy’s mother, who did not want to be identified out of fear for the safety of her and her son, told WABC that his son did not know who attacked him or why.
