Developed in close collaboration with the chef Grégory Cohen, ambassador of the Italian Ferrero® group and its brands in France, Nutella® Academy is an original competition for young apprentices in pastry or restaurant desserts.
The concept ? Revisiting pastry classics with Nutella® spread as an ingredient … but not only.
The objective? Support creativity, daring and reveal the future talents of French pastry. The grand prize winner will be provided with personalized professional support, as well as a grant of € 3,000 to support him in launching his project.

Four committed apprentices
After three tests, in Mont-Saint-Aignan (Seine-Maritime), Aurillac (Cantal) and La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime), the fourth regional selection test will be held at CFA Interpro 28 in Chartres. competition, Tuesday June 30, from 2 p.m.
National Grand Final in October
The jurors will taste and evaluate the pastries revisited with Nutella® made by the four apprentices competing for the CFA Interpro 28: Alexandre, Pierre, Wendy and Charlène.
The winner will participate in the grand national final in October 2020.
