In a note released to the media, the provincial secretary of the FIALS of Bologna and Imola announces important economic awards and changes in the category for Nurses, OSS, Health Professions and other health and socio-health categories.
It does so with a special press release released a little while ago.
The Provincial Secretary of FIALS of Bologna, Dr. Alfredo Sepe has just sent to the USL of Bologna, the economic and financial projection relating to the finalization of the final contractual funds 2019 – 2020 budget, in order to carry out the horizontal economic progressions for all employees in service at the USL of Bologna and S. Ursola, which has been waiting for too many years
In our proposal, Sepe specifies, for the first time we insert innovative methods of managing financial resources called Stop Loss and Take Profit, the first to limit losses, the second to limit “gains” in terms of investments in Organizational Positions by of the Health Authorities
Sepe graduated in Business Economics, does not hide the great difficulty to implement this proposal, after analyzing the graphic variables relating to the trend of contractual funds over the last 5 years, which denote an imbalance to the detriment of workers, to the benefit of the so-called corporate caste
The companies accept our proposal, and also the other unions, if they are really in favor of the workers Sepe blurts out
