Russian mixed martial arts fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov has reacted to the recent victory of American Justin Gaethje, against whom he will likely contest the defense of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight title.
Gaethje defeated compatriot Tony Ferguson on Saturday after a show of power and strength. The damage to his rival was such that a wobbly and bruised Ferguson forced the referee to decree the technical knockout just over a minute after the end of the last round.
