Russia and China are working on a vaccine against the novel coronavirus, according to a Reuters news agency report.
According to the Russian consulate in Guangzhou, China, the virus was passed on to Russia. Russian and Chinese scientists have started working on a vaccine. So far, there has been no confirmed case of the novel corona virus in Russia.
Scientists in Australia have taken the virus from an infected patient and bred it in the laboratory. This could be used to develop a test that can detect the disease before the symptoms break out. The bred virus could also help develop a vaccine.
