Together with her twin sister Brie, Nikki Bella wrote her memoirs. Among other things, it also reveals that the expectant mother was raped several times as a teenager.

The twin sisters Nikki and Brie Bella (36, “Total Divas”) have published an autobiography, “Incomparable”. In it, the former WWE wrestlers describe painful things from their past. Brie told US magazine People: “We chose to be survivors and to be the heroines of our own story.” This includes the shocking fact that Nikki was raped twice as a teenager.
Nikki Bella: “I thought he was a friend”
Accordingly, both incidents occurred during school time. As a 15-year-old she was abused in high school by a classmate “whom I thought was a friend”, and a year later she drugged and committed a college student. In “Incomparable” she writes: “If something like this happens to you, you understand the mentality of blaming the victim. It is so easy to feel shame instead of anger, to think that it could have simply been stopped.”
Nikki Bella hopes that sharing her painful experience will help others who are in similar situations: “When that happened to me, I was immediately ashamed and blamed myself.” She hopes that young women can take courage not to blame themselves. In the meantime, she has overcome the trauma.
