Shannon Ruth had previously been afraid to report the matter to the police. She decided to do it to prevent further attacks from the musician. Ruth’s attorney, Mark J. Boskovich, revealed they are still there three the women named in the joint cause. Nick Carter has so far not commented on these allegations.
In 2017, Nick Carter was accused of rape by singer Melissa Schuman.
