Eating: Naked in a stolen car
In Essen, police officers were faced with a curious situation on Monday: a 39-year-old had noticed a small van with a Frankfurt license plate in the late evening, which drove in serpentine lines and almost crashed into his car. When the vehicle stopped, the man wanted to speak to the occupants. To his amazement, he noticed that the two – a man and a woman – were sitting completely naked in the front seats. Since the bus showed signs of an accident, he called the police. When the officers tried to open the vehicle door after their arrival, the woman drove off suddenly. While fleeing the police, she kept to the speed limit, but ran over several red lights. The escape was ended with the use of two patrol cars. It turned out that the minibus had previously been reported as stolen by a Frankfurt driving school. The background of the nude ride initially remained unclear, a doctor took blood from the couple to check their ability to drive.

Bad Belzig: Police officers are said to have harassed drunken 70-year-olds
Because they are said to have harassed a drunk 70-year-old, two policemen from Bad Belzig in Brandenburg are investigated. As the police in Potsdam announced on Thursday, one of the patrol officers was said to have accompanied the drunk man on foot during the night on Sunday and “apparently pressed him inappropriately”. The second official “apparently filmed the situation with a cell phone from the radio patrol car traveling at walking speed”. “Both officers were apparently amused and laughed at the scenery,” said the police. The approximately one and a half minute video was then sent to a WhatsApp group. This shows how the official “verbally and by pushing the drunk on the sidewalk” and how he “suggests a kick in the buttocks of the victim or gives the man a kick”. This is precisely because of the darkness and the video quality not recognizable.
Criminal charges were brought against the officials “on suspicion of being insulted by degrading and defamatory acts on the victim” and disciplinary proceedings were initiated. In addition, they were prohibited from conducting official business until further notice. The police were called to the operation in Bad Belzig because the 70-year-old was said to have molested passers-by and threw a bottle in the direction of the caller, who then informed the police.
