New York – Former New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo will not face charges of kissing two women against their will. Westchester District Attorney Miriam Rocah said Tuesday, despite credible evidence, the allegations would not qualify for indictment. A Cuomo attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
