In another order, He maintained that workers “authorized by the Ministry of Productive Development” to carry out their activities will be able to do their homework, but “they will not be empowered to use public transport”, so the transport of said people will be carried out by the company that the employs.
In addition, he stressed that “fortunately with the controls that were made on trains” it was observed that “the number of people” who try to use public transport without being licensed is very low.
“We are going to be stricter to assess who can get the permit. Generally everyone had a certificate, what happens is that many times they had taken it and were not carrying out said activity,” he explained.
“At the train stations, the Gendarmerie and the Federal Police will be controlling the certificates,” he stressed. He added: “It seeks to facilitate and increase the possibilities of control. We are going to do the same in bus networks that have a large number of passengers.”
“There are harsh sanctions for those who violate quarantine because doing so violates an affidavit, which is a crime. In the case of one who travels and does not have a certificate, there will naturally be a series of sanctions with strong application,” he said.
