The PS Plus Essential games for January 2023 have been leaked. If the mentioned new additions are confirmed this time as well, “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order” will be owned by the players, among other things.
It’s happened again: while the announcement of PS Plus Essential games for January 2023 isn’t expected until next week, there was an early leak naming the supposed newcomers.
The Dealabs user car onlywhich has been providing PlayStation Plus deals nearly every month for more than a year, also provided early previews of upcoming PS Plus titles in December.
If the leaker is right again, the PS Plus Essential games for January 2023 will be Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fallout 76, and Axiom Verge 2. Below is the (yet unconfirmed) overview:

PS Plus Essential games for January 2023 should be officially announced on December 28, 2022. On that day, subscribers should keep their eyes open between 5-6pm.
New additions are not activated immediately. Instead, players who wish to acquire the aforementioned new additions will have to wait another week until January 3, 2023. If today’s rumor is confirmed, the three games will likely be available until February 7, 2023. On this day, the next ones will be unlocked Essential-level PS Plus games.
PS Plus Essential games can be played by members of all three tiers, including customers who have subscribed to Extra or Premium. However, the more expensive tiers have other benefits, including a library of hundreds of games that players can freely browse without having to meet their monthly deadline. In the case of Premium, there is also the collection of classics, streaming and special play versions of selected games.
