New images of wolf cubs playing

The Institute for Nature and Forest Research (INBO) released new images of the playing wolf cubs in our country on Wednesday. Although they have become sturdy wolves in the meantime.

Since the end of April, wolf cubs have been walking around in our country for the first time in 150 years. Together with mom Noëlla and dad August they stay in the north of Limburg. Minister Zuhal Demir (N-VA) christened the cubs a few months ago as the four ‘Bosland Daltons’ when camera images were first released.

Then they were still very small, now they are a lot bigger. To give them every opportunity, extra checks were introduced and a temporary hunting stop was also introduced in the area. But it was removed again since the beginning of September.

It is striking that only three cubs can be seen in the new images. The fourth would not have been seen for a while, the INBO reports.
