Gold prices jump in Egypt during today’s trading … and the gram is rising

Gold prices in Egypt witnessed a significant increase during trading today, Tuesday, as the price of a gram jumped by about 13 pounds compared to its level on Monday.

Naguib Club, former general secretary of the gold division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, said that the price of a gram of 21 carat gold rose during today’s trading to 860 pounds, compared to 847 pounds yesterday.

The price of a gram of 18 carat gold reached about 737 pounds, and the price of a 24-carat gram reached 983 pounds, and the price of one pound of gold recorded 6880 pounds.

Globally, gold prices increased during today’s trading by 0.44%, as the price of an ounce increased by about $ 8.68 to reach $ 1965.54 at 3:35 pm Cairo time.
