New arrest after the murder of a pregnant woman in Denmark

The woman is an Afghan national living in Denmark. She will be presented in custody in Holbæk at 9 am today, along with the 24-year-old man who was arrested on Monday.

On Thursday evening last week, the 37-year-old woman was killed outside a treatment center in Holbæk after finishing her job. She had just got into the car when she was attacked and killed with several stab wounds, writes Danish TV2.

Although the woman’s life was not saved, the little girl is still alive and is now hospitalized at Copenhagen’s Rigshospitalet. The woman was seven months pregnant when she was killed, she writes the channel.
