“We must make sure that the purpose of the visit of Russian citizens is tourism. If there is reason to suspect that the reason is different, we have to refuse entry, ”the minister explained.

Earlier, as Rambler reported, experts from the Avanti Association of Entrepreneurs for the Development of Business Patriotism, businessmen proposed introducing a tax on leaving the country in the amount of 500 rubles. Experts said that their initiative will replenish the budget by about 35 billion rubles a year. According to them, this money can be spent on the federal target program “Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation”.
