Police in the East state on Tuesday night that they have found a dead person in a house in the center of Moss.
The police operations center was notified of the incident at 18.54.
– We were notified by a person on the phone. It was the apprehended person himself who called the police and reported the incident, says operations manager Anders Strømsæther in the Eastern police district to TV 2.
A suspected perpetrator has been arrested in the home.

– This is an isolated incident, and there is no reason for concern for the population in Moss. The killed and apprehended have a relationship, says Strømsæther, without wanting to elaborate on the relationship any further.
He also states that the apprehended person is not known to the police from before.
– We are investigating the case tactically and technically, and will work on site throughout the evening, he says.
The task leader states that the police have good control over what has happened. They will provide additional information when the relatives have been notified.
