The NOS reports that the shooting incident would have taken place at a hotel where a party was taking place. A police spokeswoman said she could not comment on this yet. “I can’t confirm anything about the location yet. We hope to have more clarity about that later today.”
An investigation has been launched into what happened and officers are speaking with witnesses.
