Bad news coming Manchester United in preparation for Liverpool. Bruno Fernandes Possibly absent due to injury.
Fernandes played the full game when Manchester United beat Atalanta 3-2 in the third matchday of Group F of the Champions League at Old Trafford, Thursday (10/22/2021) early morning WIB.
The Portuguese player played an important role in bringing Manchester United back to win 3-2, after being behind 0-2 in the first half. Fernandes made two assists in that match.
He was also named man of the match for being the player with the most chances, reaching eight. Unfortunately, there was bad news after the game.
Quoted Daily Mail, during the cool-down session, Fernandes suddenly fell and felt pain in his leg. It is not yet known what injury Fernandes had and how severe it was.
Fernandes is claimed to still have to undergo further examination with the medical team at Carrington, to determine the extent of the injury. MU is also anxiously waiting for Fernandes’ recovery.
Because, MU has been waiting for a tough match at Old Trafford, Sunday (10/24/2021) night WIB tomorrow, facing his arch rival Liverpool. MU is again in a negative trend in the league due to three games without a win.
