London

Jose Mourinho recently said, ‘the manager is the same, the players are different’. These words are now considered to be a boomerang for himself.

The Lilywhites then rose through Harry Kane who scored goals in the 30th and 34th minute. Tottenham Hotspur then broke up five minutes from time to break up due to a goal from Joe Willock.

Jose Mourinho, the Tottenham Hotspur manager was disappointed and frustrated with the result. Because now, it is difficult for his team to break into the top four.

Tottenham Hotspur while perched at number six Premier League Standings. Spurs collected 49 points, three points different from West Ham United in fourth place.

After the match, Jose Mourinho gave a scare. He does not hesitate to criticize his own players.

“The Premier League is difficult and is the highest level football, when you do not show the highest level it is more difficult,” he said BBC.

“I’m frustrated. We have to win and we come to win. A little more we win, but at the same time we create instability with so many individual mistakes in defense. We always give Newcastle a chance to get into the game,” he added.

“The manager is the same, the players are different,” said Mourinho.

Football pundit and former England national team striker Alan Shearer highlighted the last words Jose Mourinho. He said Mourinho should put up a body for the player, not blame him.

“Obviously Mourinho blames his own players. He said he was good but the players are not,” he said as quoted from Sky Sports.

The same thing was also conveyed by football pundit who is a former Arsenal striker, Ian Wright. For him, Mourinho’s words will not help much in the development of his team and may even lead to divisions.

“Try how the Spurs players feel now? Mourinho has to explain what he said because he started it,” said Wright.
