Spurs head coach Jose Mourinho is not interested in transferring a 27-year-old player, says Marca.
Tottenham can not afford to pay the transfer cost of the Brazilian, nor pay his salary, which is about 15 million euros per year.
Earlier it was reported that Coutinho is interesting to Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle and Leicester.
