It is also a question of supplementing this law by article 19 Bis and this, in order to adapt its provisions with the bill n ° 36.20 relating to the transformation of the Central Guarantee Fund (CCG) into a company anonymous, he added.
Thus, it will be proceeded, at the level of articles 11 and 61 of the law 103.12, to the change of the denomination of the CCG to become “the public bank of the company” and to subject this company to all the provisions of this law, account given the widening of its missions to include the exercise of new activities, including the granting of loans to companies in accordance with conditions set by a circular from Wali Bank Al-Maghrib after consulting the committee of credit institutions.
