The purpose of this initiative is that everyone waiting for a dose of the covid-19 vaccine can complete the established vaccination schedule. In addition, throughout the summer new vaccination points will be activated throughout the Valencian Community.
The Minister of Health, Miguel Mínguez wanted to show his gratitude to all the people who have come to these vaccination points. “The pandemic continues, and the vaccine has shown that it is the best tool to protect ourselves and others from covid-19. For this reason, I want to thank the responsibility and solidarity that each and every one of the people who have decided to go to the centers to get vaccinated are showing.
In this sense, the Minister of Health has encouraged all those people pending a dose of the vaccine against the coronavirus to become immunized.
“We are at a time when they are increasing infections by coronavirus. For this reason, it is convenient for anyone who is waiting for a dose of the vaccine to make an appointment at their health center or go to one of these vaccination points without an appointment to protect themselves and the most vulnerable people, ”said the Minister. conseller.
Miguel Mínguez has also recalled the importance of maintaining protection measures against the virus, such as the responsible use of the mask, hand hygiene, ventilation and maintaining a safe distance, especially in risk environments.
It must be remembered that in addition to the vaccination points without an appointment, the vaccination campaign continues to be carried out in health centers. Therefore, at this time, any citizen who needs to be vaccinated can contact their health center or go to one of the vaccination points without an appointment.
