“There are two questions everyone asks me after the Monster Movie announcement, one is whether this film will be above Pulimurugan or below Pulimurugan?” Monster is a film that doesn’t answer these two questions.
Monster is a movie on another planet. In no way can it be compared to Pulimurugan. Pulimurugan is a film made with the exact mass commercial formula. Monster is a very natural looking thriller. There are many types of thrillers. It can claim to be an investigative thriller, not a dark thriller in nature.
The audience can enjoy this film with the curiosity of what will come next. The same important entertainment treatment was experienced in Monster.
For me Monster is a different kind of movie. This is my personal opinion. Monster is a scripted and made film that I, screenwriter Udaykrishna, have never traveled and experienced.
The reason for making this film is its theme. Monster has a very funny script. You can only enter it if you have a little patience. Monster is not a fast-paced storyteller as is usually seen in movies. Everyone, myself included, decided to work on this film because of the diversity of the theme, ”says Vaisakh.
