The Ukrainian Armed Forces have adopted the modernized “Verba” multiple launch rocket system (MLRS). Also, the Ukrainian army received a new radar station “Phoenix”.

MLRS “Verba” was created on the basis of BM-21U “Grad” at the Kharkiv Morozov Design Bureau. The ammunition load of the installation includes 40 rockets of 122 mm caliber. The firing range of the system is up to 40 kilometers. Recharging takes about 5 minutes.
The MLRS calculation has the ability to control fire, aim and reload in automatic mode.
Radar “Phoenix” was created for combat use as part of air defense divisions. She is able to identify and track air targets, as well as measure their speed and coordinates.
