Miss Universe Indonesia 2023 finalist officially report to the police after the body examination case in naked condition. A report was made to Polda Metro Jaya this afternoon.
“We finally reported the alleged act of harassment that was committed against our client,” said Mellisa’s attorney for the victim at Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (7/8/2023).
The report has been registered with the number LP/B/4598/VII/2023 SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. Reported in terms of PT Capella Swastika Karya. Victims report against Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the TPKS Law. They also included Articles 14 and 15 of the TPKS Law.
Mellisa said the sexual harassment occurred on August 1. Mellisa explained that her client at that time was asked to undergo a naked body check. In fact, this is not in the series of events.
“There has been an incident that has been confirmed by our client where they, without their knowledge, have no internal information rundown not informed body checking,” he said.
“Body check not in rundown they were held at gunpoint, enough to give our client a beating. A competition that should be elevated value women are treated as objects,” he added.
Mellisa said, in the report, she also included some evidence related to existing reporting.
“Evidence of the photo and video documents, we were quite surprised to see the photos taken by them,” he added.
