DCAPs and DAEs raised massively by the Chief of Staff of the Minister by affinity for the benefit of the trade unionists of the trade union center headed by the Minister, here is another scandal which risks tarnishing the image of the authorities of the Transition . The irony is that the chief of staff in question, far from denying the facts, rather glories in them! An offense no doubt to repress!
Indeed, the chief of staff, a certain Oumar Traoré, would have recognized without hesitation for a moment in front of a colleague “having appointed more than 16 trade unionists to reward the central trade union of his minister”. This is more than 10 trade unionists among the 44 DCAP appointed and 13 DAE out of 99, to reward the central trade union of Sidibé Dédéou Traoré, Minister of National Education.
” Yes ! I noted them because they are not appointed for life, I am a trade unionist… My trade union is affiliated to the central trade union of the Minister. As such, I cannot leave my post without doing something for this union… Moreover, I am in constant contact with the unionists. Every day I go to the Teacher’s House. I’m having tea with the trade unionists. I know that I have their support, their support and their accompaniment. You will see that I am going to finish immediately with the Principals, the Censors and the Directors General”.
Would he have thrown in the face of our colleague, leaving him no choice but to publish and denounce this practice from another era in the new Mali which is now advocated by all! These are practices that seriously undermine the tireless efforts of the President of the Transition and Prime Minister Choguel Kokalla Maiga.
As denounced by the colleague, it is as if the chief of staff and his minister thought that the Malian School is their personal property, to have the claim to be able to appoint, who they want and as they want, in defiance of the competence and of all moral integrity. What counts for them is only the promotion of the members of their union at the expense of the performance of our educational system!
As indicated by the colleague, the highest authorities of the Transition must learn all the lessons from the actions thus taken by the chief of staff and his minister, if indeed their concern is to build a “new Mali”. Indeed, in the “Mali-Kura” under construction, such practices must be banned forever in our country!
