Ministry of Health in Gaza expresses concern over Israel’s alleged organ extraction from bodies of dead people

The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Ashraf Al-Qudra, said that “Israel extracting organs from the bodies of dead people is not surprising, but this requires verification before any confirmation.”

Al-Qudra stressed that “health services in northern Gaza are very limited, and we are working to revive the Al-Shifa Complex to re-provide its services,” noting that “the occupation is still controlling the mechanism for removing the injured outside the Gaza Strip, and the operation is not responding to efforts to rescue the injured.”

He stressed that “the volume of medical and humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip is not at all compatible with our daily needs,” revealing that “the casualties arriving at hospitals are something we are not accustomed to and indicate that the weapons used are destructive and incendiary.”

He announced, “We need, in the first batch, 5,000 injured people to go out for treatment abroad to save their lives,” adding: “We are not surprised that the occupation extracts organs from the bodies of martyrs, but that requires verification before any confirmation.”
