Guerrilla Games has revealed the minimum and recommended specs for Horizon Zero Dawn. At least now you know if you can run the game on your PC.

In any case, you will need a nice PC and some free space on your hard drive. For that you get the option to play the game on ultra-wide monitors, but also unlocked frame rate and graphic customization options up to 120 fps.
Horizon Zero Dawn will be available on PC on August 7 via Steam in Epic Games Store.
