Milan Wants To Permanent Tomori

Milan

AC Milan impressed with the performance Fikayo Tomori. Rossoneri will try to permanent the status of Tomori.

Fikayo Tomori joined Milan from Chelsea in the transfer market last January. The British defender was brought in on loan.

In a deal with Chelsea, Milan have the option to buy Tomori for 28 million euros. However, the Rossoneri are reportedly trying to haggle over Tomori’s price.

Tomori has so far appeared 12 times in all competitions with Milan. Of the 12 matches, 11 times Tomori became Stefano Pioli’s main choice to fill the back line by being deployed as a starter.

Milan’s honorary vice president, Franco Baresi, confirmed his club’s desire to permanent the 23-year-old’s status. However, Baresi also realized that this didn’t just depend on Milan.

“We will do everything to sign him permanently,” Baresi told The Gazzetta dello Sport as reported by the Italian Football.

“There are still two months before the end of the season, and it’s not just up to Milan.”

“Tomori maximized himself with talent and determination. He did not show fear despite playing in a new league.”

“Seeing his potential, he can be a great champion. I hope he lives up to expectations,” Baresi said of Fikayo Tomori.

According to reports Sky Sport Italy, AC Milan already prepared an opening bid to secure Fikayo Tomori. Tomori himself opened up opportunities to survive at the San Siro. However, he has not discussed his future with Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel.
