Miguel Ángel Fuentes Ojeda: Mexican Film and TV Star Dies at 70

Miguel Ángel was a well-known Mexican film and TV performer.

Television and cinema are in mourning, since Friday, December 29, the death of the first actor was announced. Miguel Ángel Fuentes Ojeda70 years old and one of the great figures of the Mexican screen in the 80s.

“Apparently, he died of natural causes at home. His wife found him in a room,” reported Televisa, lamenting the death of the star, who among his TV works includes “Cómplices to the rescue”, “Amor real”, “Rubí “, “The Stepmother” and “The Lord of the Skies”, in addition to some 70 films, including “The Puma Man”, “Fitzcarraldo”, “Mission Kill” and “The Mexican” (2001), con Julia Roberts y Brad Pitt.

In his latest publications on social networks, Miguel Ángel Fuentes shared messages of condolences for the deaths of his colleagues such as Andrés García, Ignacio López Tarso and Héctor Bonilla, and remembered the film works in which he coincided with them.

“Today a great actor and colleague has passed away, Mr. Andrés García, with whom I had the honor of working on some film projects such as ‘Tintorera’ and ‘The Diabolical Triangle of the Bermudas’, he will be remembered as a great person. May the peace of God be upon each member of your beloved family,” he wrote.
