Microsoft has officially acquired one of the largest gaming parent companies, ZeniMax Media.

This information is conveyed through the official statement on the website Microsoft on Monday (21/9) night.

Some of the things included in this acquisition are the publisher’s office, developer studio, and more than 2,300 employees, as well as the game developer.
