Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward, Kylian Mbappe admitted to mentioning Neymar as a tramp because of frustration not being fed by his teammate.
The moment occurred when PSG played against Montpellier in the French League continued, 25 September. In that match, Les Parisiens won 2-0 over the visitors.
Despite the win, friction occurred between PSG’s two star players, namely Mbappe and Neymar. Mbappe is said to be unhappy with Neymar in the eighth week of the French League match.
Mbappe was annoyed that Neymar didn’t give the ball away when PSG had a good chance to add a goal. Neymar chose to try to outwit the Montpellier goalkeeper rather than pass to Mbappe or Angel Di Maria who were in a better position.
When replaced by Mauro Icardi and sitting on the bench, Mbappe was said to have complained about Neymar’s attitude to Idrissa Gueye.
The complaint was also confirmed by Mbappe during an interview session with French media, L’Equipe as reported by Daily Mail. In the interview session, Mbappe said calling Neymar a tramp as an expression of anger.
In addition to the friction that had occurred with Neymar, Mbappe also talked about his future career in an interview with L’Equipe. The 22-year-old striker has openly admitted that he wants to move to the Spanish giants, Real Madrid.
Despite his desire to leave, Mbappe made sure he would not appear perfunctory at PSG. The former AS Monaco player promised to continue to show his best ability.
“This season you will never see my behavior like ‘you don’t let me go so I’ll make it easy’ [dengan bermain tidak maksimal,” kata Mbappe.
