ZOETERMEER – Two 15-year-old youths were arrested in Zoetermeer on Saturday evening when Mayor Charlie Aptroot was involved in a police service that night. One of the boys had a sizable butterfly knife in his pocket. The mayor was shocked. “They are getting younger and younger. These were really guppies. Parents, where are you? ”
