jpnn.com, JAKARTA – General Secretary of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Munarman opened his voice in response to the massive report by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle regarding the burning of party flags during a demonstration in front of the DPR building on 24 June.
According to Munarman, PDIP was too excessive in responding to the incident. Moreover, according to Munarman in the report carried out there were no articles in accordance with the act of burning the flag bearing the bull.
“There is no article (criminal violation), it is too much,” Munarman told JPNN, Monday (6/29).
Munarman continued to explain, if the police continue the legal process with reports by the PDI-P, then this case is clearly forced.
“It’s inconsequential if the legal process is carried out. It means that the law is truly an instrument of power, “Munarman stressed.
It is known, PDIP felt unaccepted by the burning of the flag when the demonstration of the rejection of the HIP Bill in front of the Parliament building on June 24, 2020.
