This conclusion was made by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich, after analyzing the conversation between Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
In a conversation with Mark Feigin, Arestovich told what advantages he found for Ukraine in their conversation.
