New 4 467 cases of coronavirus have been identified in our country. This means that the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Bulgaria for the last day has increased dramatically compared to Sunday, when they were 943, and Saturday – 2541.
However, the number of tests performed on Monday was significantly higher – 18,808, of which 7,976 were PCR (2,038 infected) and 10,832 were antigen tests (2,429 infected). For comparison, the tests performed on Sunday were 4,410, and on Saturday – 11,979.
Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours there have been 169 deaths from coronavirus, informs the Unified Information Portal. Thus, the total number of victims became 12,188.
2,260 people were cured in the last 24 hours.
The number of patients in our country has already reached 307,890, the active cases are 58,671.
A total of 237,031 people were cured. 8,689 people were hospitalized, 691 were in the intensive care unit.
