Man, Sibolga Resident Killed Persecuted

SNT – A man resident of Sibolga City, North Sumatra (North Sumatra) died after being persecuted, Sunday (10/10) in the morning around 00.30 WIB.

The victim, named Patar Agus Simanjuntak (28 years old) is a resident of Kampung Kelapa Street, Pancuran Gerobak Village, Sibolga City District.

Sibolga Police Chief AKBP Taryono Raharja through Head of Public Relations Iptu R Sormin explained that the victim was persecuted on Jalan Sisingamangaraja Gang Peace, Pancuran Gerobak Village.

“This case was subsequently reported by the victim’s mother, Darmince Purba, to the Sibolga Police on Sunday (10/10) afternoon at 14:10 WIB,” Sormin explained in a written statement on Sunday.

Sormin said the abuse experienced by the victim was known by Darmince Purba from a resident who said that someone had abused his child (the police have not identified the perpetrator).

“The xxxxx was stabbed twice,” said Sormin, imitating the residents’ words to the victim’s mother.

Hearing the news, Darmince Purba then rushed to Patuan Anggi Street to look for his son (the victim), but could not find him.

“Furthermore, the complainant (the victim’s mother) headed to Jalan Sisingamangaraja Sibolga, and to be precise at the gas station finally found her child in a motorized tricycle in a weak condition, and was immediately rushed to Metta Medika Sibolga Hospital for medical assistance,” said Sormin.

After undergoing medical treatment, Sormin continued, the hospital stated that Patar Agus Simanjuntak had died.

“The Metta Medika Sibolga hospital stated that the victim had died due to bruises on the victim’s abdomen,” he explained.

In this case, the police have not revealed what the real motive for the persecution was that resulted in the victim’s death. Does the police not yet know the identity of the perpetrator or the identity of the perpetrator is still being kept secret? SNT in this written statement.

However, Sormin emphasized that the case was being processed by the Sibolga Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Meanwhile, the police secured a number of evidences, namely a waist bag, a jacket, 60 thousand rupiah and other evidence. (snt)
