The stranger was lying with a bleeding head wound in Gratian-Grimm-Strasse in Jügesheim next to a trekking bike, the police said.
The man was taken to a nearby clinic as quickly as possible in an ambulance that was quickly called, but all help came too late. The stranger died in the hospital.
