Man (39) overturns dixi and shows genitals | Inland

After the recalcitrant behavior towards the police, the man got a spit cap on. He may have been under the influence of alcohol and medication, police reported Friday.

Shortly after midnight, the police received a report that a man allegedly knocked over a mobile toilet on the Hercules Segherslaan in Vlissingen. He also jumped on a car and would have shown his genitals to the driver in the vehicle.
